MUSHROOMS:

Mushrooms strengthen your immunity and promote the quality of your skin. Good for your body and your skin!
They are the main ingredient of our Mega-MushroomTM Relief & Resilience Soothing Treatment Lotion, fighting redness and strengthening your skin. With their unique texture and range of flavours, mushrooms are not only a powerful ingredient in our face care products, but also an ideal topping for your toast. Give your mushroom toast a surprising twist by adding a delicious herb sauce.

For the mushrooms:
-Clean the mushrooms with a brush and chop them into large pieces.
-Fry them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on one side, then 4 minutes on the other, until they are cooked through.

-Add the chopped flat-leaf parsley.

Assemble your toast:
-Toast a slice of bread until crisp.
-Spread a large spoonful of the green herb sauce on top.
