If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method.
If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).

Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in-stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
To place an order, the customer must type in the quantity of product he/she wishes to purchase (up to 3 of any single product and 14 products total per transaction), with a maximum purchase of NOK 5200 (five thousand two hundred Norwegian Krone ) per customer. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day.
Simply enter your Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the “Order Review” page.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on www.origins.eu, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.
• Complete the section Return / Exchange on the back of the invoice (enclosed with your original order) and place it in the return package.
• If you want to exchange and the total amount of new products is higher than that of returned purchases, enter your bank details on the back of the invoice.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item that was a gift, check the "Return gift" box on the back of the bill.
• Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
• Stick the pre-printed label that came with the original invoice on the return package.
For reasons of security and speed, we recommend you to send the item(s) you wish to return by post with acknowledgment of receipt.
Requests for refund and exchange will be handled promptly and an exchange item (s) will be shipped standard delivery.
The processing time of returns and delivery of an exchange varies from 7 to 10 working days on average from our receipt of your return. Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive confirmation of the receipt and processing of your return or exchange via email.
