Temporarily out of stock / Backordered items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method.
If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).
Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 00800-62246700 for Italy 800-125565 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.
Pre-sell items
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in-stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 8 units of any item and 14 pieces of various products per order, with a maximum purchase of 4570 Euros per customer.
In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day.
Offer Codes
Simply enter your Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the “Order Review” page.
Note: Only one (1) Offer Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on www.origins.eu, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it. If you wish to return the entire order, all products must be returned, including gifts and samples. Please follow these steps:
Step 1. Request your return here: https://www.seur.com/devoluciones/pages/devolucionInicio.do?id=2375a25b-d2ff-4359-aa33-7c546545b67d and follow the instructions provided.
Step 2. Prepare the package. Place the product you wish to return in the original box.
Step 3. Attach the return label to the package. Depending on the option you selected, a courier will come to pick it up or you can drop it off at a collection point.
• If you selected home pickup, print the label and stick it on the package.
• If you chose drop-off at a delivery point, printing the label is not necessary. In that case, you’ll need the QR code that will be sent to your email. You can return the package by presenting the QR code at the drop-off location.
For security and efficiency reasons, we recommend sending return items via registered mail.
Return and exchange requests will be processed immediately, and a new item will be shipped via standard delivery.
The average processing time for returns and exchanges is between 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of the item. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your product has been received and your return or exchange is being processed.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at 00800-62246700 for Italy 800-125565.
